The service

Kentra provides an AI receptionist, CRM, messaging and dashboard for businesses under a written order or subscription. Plans, prices and included usage are stated in your order and may be updated with notice.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business and keep it current.
• Obtain any consent your customers must give for calls to be recorded, transcribed or texted, as required where you operate.
• Use the service lawfully and not to send unsolicited messages.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Calls the AI cannot handle are transferred or logged according to the rules you set.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kentra's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
